Our Return Policy
If you are reading this, you are either interested in our products or have already completed your purchase. Either way, you are now a part of our journey by simply being here. As fellow inspirers, we would like to make your experience with us a pleasant one.
As much as we would love you to enjoy the benefits our products offer, we understand the need for returns. Please review our policy as it relates to your situation, and don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
- If you have just completed an order and have not received an email confirming your product(s) has shipped, you may cancel your order for an immediate refund.
- If your order has been shipped, you have 30 days from the date it was shipped to return it. For your convenience, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Once the return has been processed, a refund for the full amount will be issued. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to shipping, will not receive a refund.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping or what you received was incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a picture of the incorrect or damaged merchandise. We will send you a pre-paid return label at no cost to you. Upon receipt, we will ship your new order via priority mail.
You will receive an email confirmation for your records.
Please Note: Refunds cannot be applied to digital downloads or note cards already sent to print.
