Take a look at some of these tangible ways you can adapt loving yourself to your daily life.

  1. Take yourself out on a date.
  2. Take a relaxing bath.
  3. Buy something you’ve always wanted.
  4. Read a good book.
  5. Watch your favorite movie.
  6. Write a list of affirmations in your journal - to be read frequently.
  7. Practice Boundaries. (Read Boundaries by Henry Cloud)
  8. Meditate on God’s Word.
  9. Keep a gratitude journal.
  10. Try something new.

This list can go on forever.  Consider personalizing it to what you like and have fun being with you!
